Microsoft's New Store: First-Ever Outlet Is 'A Lot Like An Apple Store' (PHOTOS)

Microsoft is full of news these days: following hot on the heels of the company's Windows 7 release, Microsoft has just cut the ribbon on its first retail store.
See pictures of the store (from Gizmodo) below.
Gizmodo notes that the store is "an awful lot like an Apple store":
As you can see from the photos, it bears a haunting resemblance to Apple Stores. (Despite Microsoft's desire to distance their retail outfit from that of Mr. Jobs, the fact is, they did hire one of the same designers as a consultant, among other things.)
The store features Surface Tables, some local touches (like Arizona Cardinals-skinned hardware and pictures of the Grand Canyon), and a help desk that's been dubbed the "Microsoft Answers Suite." Employees are all dressed in one of Microsoft's four signature colors.
What do you think? Is it an Apple copy or its own creation? Let us know!
